Ask your CFO for a list of the demo equipment and B-stock you are still carrying on the books.Give us the list and then go back to doing what you do best - running your business.
We will take possession of your equipment with or without a list and do what we do best. We will manage your assets through our proprietary inventory control software. We will inspect and rate your gear compared to the thousands of other AV items we have sold. We will clean it up and photo it from all angles. We will write a description that accurately portrays it's condition, features and benefits. Once it is ready for listing, we will get your gear the most exposure to qualified buyers possible through our industry respected auctions and right here on our own AVForSale website. During and after the sales process we will answer all the buyer's questions and carry the cost of credit. When the sale is complete we will pack it, ship it and report to you every month on how it is going.

Home and Auto Gear
We specialize in Pro AV, if you have Personal Home or Car gear to get rid of you are most likely going to have better luck selling them yourself on eBay than shipping your items to us and having us sell them for you. We can also recommend SellStereo.com as a great option.
Selling a few items on eBay is not hard at all, here are a few tips to get started.
- Do some research, type your make and model into eBay search, see if you find your gear selling. This may help calibrate your expectations.
- If you don’t already have accounts for PayPal and eBay, set them up, this could take a few days to get confirmations so you can take payments.
- Take a few general pics, and any additional shot of blemishes or damage.
- Make your title specific to the product, manufacturer, model, description. Avoid "Fluff" words. "Looks great" "WOW" "Special" People do not search for those terms.
- Write your description detailing the condition and past usage, Be sure to mention what is or more importantly, what is NOT included that may have come with the original product.
- Decide on your choice to ship the items. Do not try to make money on shipping, charge what it costs you. UPS using eBay's calculator is a good way to go. USPS has flat rate boxes, whatever fits in the box ships for one price.
- Pick a start price at about half of what you hope the item will sell for, let eBay work its magic. Be willing to take less that you hope for; your items may only get one bid at your start price. But if you start it too high it won't get any bids at all.
- We don’t use reserves and recommend you don’t either. Set your start price as your lowest acceptable price and, again, let eBay work its magic.
- Be sure to answer questions quickly and leave emotion out when responding. Even if you feel as if the person asking the question is being antagonistic, let it go!
- Once paid, ship quickly!
