Where are you located?
We are located in Atlanta on the Northwest part of town. Locally it is called the Chattahoochee Industrial area.
What are your hours?
We are open 8am-5pm EASTERN, Monday through Friday.
Who are you guys?
AVForSale works with Manufacturers, System Integrators and Rental & Staging companies, helping them re-market underutilized audiovisual equipment, such as B-stock, de-installs and rental gear. We are now opening up our offerings by selling new products. Our goal is to extend the relationships that have formed over the past ten years with our used gear customers to new product. Our unique perspective offers us the ability to help our customers get what they need for a job without spending too much. We stand behind our sales! Customer service is most important to us. We don’t just say it, we do it!
Why should I buy from you?
The people here at AVForSale come from AV the business. We all know what it is like to wrap cable, set a screen and strike a show at midnight. We know the gear and we understand what you are trying to do with it. If you need a solution, we can help!
What is MAP pricing?
MAP Pricing, "Minimum Advertised Price" is a restriction put on Dealers like us to keep product pricing on a level playing field to the public. As dealers we can not offer for sale to the general public any items below MAP. We are allowed to sell items for less than MAP once a direct relationship is established with us and a customer. There are many people that work up schemes to circumvent the MAP rules, some just list items for less than MAP on the internet and hope they don’t get caught. We believe in abiding by rules and being straight up about our policies. We will not list items on our site that break the rules of the agreement we have signed with our manufacturers. If you see an item listed somewhere else for less, give us a call, we will see what we can do; if we can sell it for less we will!
When will my order ship?
Your order will be processed within hours of placing it, unless you place it when we are closed. Shipment confirmation will be sent to you within 24-48 hours after processing. When we process your order, if we find any issues with fulfilling your order or if we have any questions, we will contact you right away to work out the issue.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Your items will be shipped ground shipping, which usually takes 4-5 days after it has been picked up by UPS.
Are you the same people that are on eBay selling the used gear?
Yes we are the same people you see on eBay. We started this site to offer additional service to our ever expanding customer base. We are still selling used gear on eBay and do not foresee that service changing at all. We are merely leveraging our infrastructure to other areas.
Are items on this site new or used?
The vast majority of the items sold on this site are new and come direct from the manufacturer. If an item is used or refurbished it will be clearly noted.
